Due to the handmade, personal-care, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used items. Scent preference is subjective and is not considered a valid reason for return or refund. We stand behind the quality of every product we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Approved concerns may be resolved with a replacement product or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
