When can I expect my order?
Our usual shipping time is 2-3 business days after receiving your order. However, during busy times, it may take a bit longer for us to fulfill your order. Delivery can take 7-10 business days depending on your location in the United States. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you with the tracking details for your convenience. If your order was recently shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated.
Can I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a solution. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we may offer a replacement or refund if contacted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Where do you ship to?
Our shipping covers most addresses in the mainland USA, but keep in mind that certain items may have seasonal shipping restrictions. For instance, Lip Balms are off the table during summer/warmer months due to their tendency to melt.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by where you are located, the weight of your order, and the size of the package needed to ship it. If your order is over $100.00 (before tax), you will receive free standard shipping.
Sustainable Palm Oil?
Our certified organic palm oil is obtained from farms in South America that prioritize sustainable agriculture and are independently certified by Rainforest Alliance. Additionally, no GMO ingredients are used in our products. Our premium blends of shea butter, olive oil, and other ingredients are cruelty-free and have never been tested on animals, as certified by PETA.
What about your fragrance oils used?
We are highly selective in choosing our fragrance oils and have strict criteria for offering them to our customers: 100% purity, strong scent without dilution or added chemicals, stability and longevity, versatility for use in candles, soaps, massage oils, and cosmetics, and adherence to IFRA regulations for safety. Each fragrance oil used in our crafted products is carefully chosen to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are extracted from different parts of plants, such as the roots, flowers, and buds, to provide a natural oil product.
What are Fragrance Oils?
Our products use fragrance oils that contain a variety of natural and synthetic ingredients. These oils are formulated to meet the latest safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), with input from a committee of experts and the most up-to-date data from the Research Institute of Fragrance Materials.
What about septic systems?
Our products have not been certified for septic tank use. If you have a specific product in mind, we can supply you with a list of ingredients that you can review with your local septic tank provider to ensure safety.
What kind of wax do you use for candles and wax melts?
Our scented candles & wax melts are made with 100% locally sourced soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrances to ensure the highest quality product.
Are wax melts made to order?
Wax melts are carefully crafted and made-to-order, ensuring quality and customization for each order.
How many loads of laundry can be washed with one container of laundry soap?
We recommend 2 tablespoons per normal load (about 6lbs-8lbs) which will give you up to 32 loads.
Does your product cater to sensitive skin? Are they hypoallergenic?
Our personal care items undergo testing and evaluation to ensure the safety of our customers. Though we review for safety, we cannot guarantee hypoallergenic results. Be sure to review the ingredient list before using.
